By accessing and using the Cornerstone Charter accreditation platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.This site is only for the use of Provincial Grand Lodge of Berkshire representatives or individual Berkshire lodge representatives.
2. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cornerstone Charter accreditation platform ("the Platform") operated by the Provincial Grand Lodge of Berkshire ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Eligibility and Access
The Platform is provided exclusively for use by Lodges operating under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Berkshire and authorised personnel including auditors and secretariat staff.
- Access is granted via unique lodge access codes or staff credentials
- You must not share your access credentials with unauthorised parties
- We reserve the right to revoke access at any time without notice
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of:
- Submitting accreditation applications and supporting evidence
- Reviewing and assessing lodge submissions (authorised personnel only)
- Viewing accreditation status and certificates
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the Platform's operation, or submit false or misleading information.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on the Platform, including the Cornerstone Charter name and logo, are the property of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Berkshire. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Accreditation Decisions
All accreditation decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Berkshire. We reserve the right to grant, refuse, or revoke accreditation at any time. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal through this Platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provincial Grand Lodge of Berkshire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any decisions made based on accreditation status.
